Participated as part of a team performing an internal system audit of Lawson security class codes/corresponding access levels to prepare for the company's upcoming Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance Audit with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Manually audited 27 Lawson modules for security access changes, containing a total of approximately 250,000 records. As records were audited, I was concurrently responsible for configuring the designated access level changes. Upon completion of the initial audit, two additional validations of each module were performed to ensure accuracy of configuration changes. Analyzed & validated/documented user access records for six proprietary corporate enterprise systems.
GLOBAL MANAGED SERVICES PROVIDER/DATA CENTER - Arlington TX
Responsible for management of a P&L business unit and 14 employees, including an international team of four Messaging Analysts, six WinTel Server/Network Analysts, and four Desktop Support Analysts in a global LAN/WAN managed services & data center environment. Performed hands-on user & system support and troubleshooting for multiple clients, including the Philips Corp. 120,000 user Unix-based Lotus Notes/Domino infrastructure. Completed planning and execution of a SunGard off-site disaster recovery exercise and rebuilt/restored the client's Lotus Notes application servers. Participated in Lawson time management and Concur T&E software implementation projects. Contributed to business analysis, PMP project design, resource planning, documentation, bid support, and 3rd party vendor engagement for multiple projects and business development initiatives.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Successfully oversaw and completed the transition of the Messaging Support team and data center from Murray Hill, NJ to Arlington, TX. This move reduced staff headcount requirements and increased the profit margin of Messaging Services from 43% to 52%. Participated in successful project for recruiting, hiring, and training of offshore analysts for the WinTel support team.

Responsible for management of full LAN/WAN Lotus Notes/Domino enterprise, including a team of four Administrators & two Developers; Upgrade (Notes R4.57c to R5.0.11/6.x), enhancement, maintenance, and support of a nationwide 300-server/500-application production infrastructure with 8,500 distributed users. Also responsible for vision/strategy creation, user support, teambuilding, IT business & infrastructure integration, corporate communications, and executive presentations; Project definition & management, PMP methodology and SDLC compliance, documentation, business analysis, QA/UAT, 3rd party vendor engagement/partnership facilitation & management, including contract negotiations.
IT Manager, Application Development (12/00 - 3/02)
Responsible for management of seven programmer/analysts & seven different software products, including Lotus Notes/Domino, CSS/HRizon, BOA (FileMaker Pro), MXP (Progress), and three other custom, in-house products using Access, SQL, Visual Basic, ASP and other web development technologies. Also responsible for project definition & management, PMP methodology and SDLC compliance, documentation, business analysis, QA/UAT, 3rd party vendor engagement/partnership facilitation & management, including contract negotiations.

Responsible for administration of global Lotus Notes/Domino infrastructure, including Notes/Domino system upgrade, user/server administration and support, monitoring, and management of an intranet/extranet-based interactive key customer application. Managed global infrastructure (R4.6.4 to R5) and application upgrade projects using PMP methodology. Also solely completed business analysis, requirements gathering/ documentation, design, development, UAT, implementation, and training for a web-based Help Desk ticket generation & tracking system (built with Notes/Domino 4.6.4 & HTML) used by the Facilities department. Also designed, developed, & implemented a web-based Shipment Tracking application used by nationwide sales representatives. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Managed project for successful re-design and upgrade of Domino-based global customer web application. Web-based Help Desk application was successfully completed & rolled out, both under budget and four weeks prior to deadline, which gave my director significant credit towards meeting his year-end bonus goals.
